Equity partnership
What our clients particularly value about CMS Hasche Sigle is that partners provide much of
the consulting services themselves. The ratio of partners to associates is correspondingly low: as
a rule, one partner mentors just one or two associates.
Partnership is clearly a goal for all associates. We help you achieve this objective. Mentoring from an experienced partner, an individual training programme and regular feedback sessions form part of the pathway to partnership, which generally takes up to seven years. A partnership is an attainable objective and will remain so in future. Indeed, it is because we are convinced of your ability to become a partner that we hire you in the first place.
Counsel
In addition to partnership, there is the option of joining the firm long-term as counsel.
Counsel is not typically a route to equity partnership but rather a separate career model within the firm. As counsel you receive highly attractive remuneration and can benefit from selected training measures. Information that flows between partners is also shared with you.
As with partnership, appointment as counsel typically takes place following a period of seven years.
