Born in Guangzhou (Guangdong Province, China). Studied law at the Sun Yat-Sen University from 2002 to 2006 and received the bachelor of law degree. Graduated as Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Corporate Law at New York University Law School in 2008 and subsequently admitted as an attorney-at-law in the State of New York in 2009. Worked at the Hong Kong office of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP from 2008 to 2011, specializing in general corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions and private equity investments. Joined CMS Hasche Sigle Frankfurt in 2011, with a focus on initial public offerings, M&A transactions and private equity investments.
