Robert advises private and public sector companies on environmental and planning law issues. He is an expert in regional planning law, water law, mining law, nature protection law as well as emissions trading law. He represents clients in planning and permitting procedures for industrial and infrastructure projects as well as mining operations.

Robert Krüger was born 1979 and attended Law School at the University of Rostock between 1999 and 2005. He was awarded a doctorate from the University of Rostock for a thesis on the administrative organization of the organ transplantation in Germany supervised by Prof. Dr. Heinrich Lang. He completed his legal traineeship (Referendariat) at the Higher Regional Court of Schleswig between 2008 and 2010. Robert Krüger is with CMS Hasche Sigle since June 2010.
