Dr Michael Kobler is member of the Employment Law Group and advises national and international companies in all aspects of individual and collective employment law. Her field of activities comprises (permanent) advice as well as the representation of clients at employment and civil courts.

Dr Michael Kobler studied law at the Ludwig-Maximilians-university of Munich and completed his first state law exam in 2007. Thereafter he passed his legal clerkship ("Referendariat") in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Munich as well as in Sydney (Australia) with an international law firm. Besides the legal clerkship DrMichael Kobler also worked for an international law firm in Munich (IT/Commercial). After the 2nd state law exam in 2009 he wrote his doctoral thesis in employment law supervised by Prof Dr Volker Rieble. Since 2011lawyer with CMS Hasche Sigle in Munich.
