Dr. Katja Küpper specializes in private construction law, architectural and engineer's law. She has a wide experience in construction consultancy and project management, including litigation. Since the beginning of her legal practice in 2005, she also advises public institutions in matters of public procurement law, especially as far as planning and building or PPP-projects are concerned.

After her legal studies in Würzburg and Dublin, Ireland as well as her legal traineeship in Düsseldorf, Dr. Küpper did her doctors degree under Professor Dr. Stephan Hobe at the University of Cologne. Concurrently, she started her career at the Federal Ministry of Education and Research in 2005 before taking up employment at the law firm Menold Bezler in Stuttgart 2007. In cooperation with the "Public Procurement Law" team, she established the Department of Construction and Architectural Law, which she also taught at the Duale Hochschule Baden-Württemberg. Afterwards she joined GSK Stockmann + Kollegen in Frankfurt/Main, a law firm which specializes in commercial real estate. Since January 2012, Dr. Küpper is Senior Associate at CMS Hasche Sigle.
