Dr Jochen Reuter advises on all questions relating to construction and architect law with emphasis on litigation and on advising principals as well as contractors during the construction period of major projects. He also advises property owners, investors and project developers relating to all questions of commercial real estate law.
Dr Jochen Reuter is member of the German Court Conference on Construction Law and of the German-Nordic Lawyers Association.

Born in Hanau am Main in 1979. Studied law at the universities of Gießen, Warwick and Wellington (New Zealand, LL.M. 2006). First State Exam 2005 in Gießen. 2008 doctorate on a topic relating to construction law. Legal trainee in Frankfurt am Main and Stockholm. Second State Exam 2009 in Wiesbaden. Commencement of practicing as a lawyer in 2009 for Kapellmann und Partner with an emphasis on construction law. Since 2011 lawyer for CMS Hasche Sigle. Also visiting lecturer at the Berlin School of Economics and Law.
