Advising German and foreign companies on all areas of individual and collective employment law, in particular form of contracts, works constitutional law and managing director contracts. She deals with issues under collective law (works agreements, consultation, proceedings to provide the approval withheld by works councils) and under individual employment law (contractual structure, transfers, notices of dismissal with the option of altered terms of employment, dismissals). She represents employers in courts.

Born 1982 in Düsseldorf. Studies of Laws at the University of Trier and in Madrid. Completion of specialised foreign language training in Anglo-American law in 2003. First state examination in 2007. Research assistant at Institute of Legal Policy at the University of Trier and doctorate under supervision of Prof. Dr. Bernd von Hoffmann from 2007 to 2009. Legal traineeship in Frankfurt am Main from 2009 to 2011, during this traineeship working for Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP and CMS Hasche Sigle. Since September 2011 lawyer in the employment law section of CMS Hasche Sigle in Frankfurt.
