Inga George is an IP lawyer in the Cologne office of CMS Hasche Sigle. She advises and represents national and international clients in all aspects of trademark, design, copyright and unfair competition law. Her areas of practice include out-of-court and in-court defence of intellectual property rights including preliminary injunctions and main proceedings, as well as devising worldwide trademark and design application and protection strategies. Further focus areas of her work are national and international contracts, in particular licensing agreements.
