Advising German and foreign companies on all areas of individual and collective employment law as well as contract law for managing directors, in particular in questions of form of contracts and implementation of restructuring, reorganization and personnel adjustment measures. The scope of work includes issues under collective law (works agreements, consultation, proceedings to provide the approval withheld by works councils) and under individual employment law (contract drafting, transfer of employees, notices of dismissal). She also represents employers in courts.

Ann-Katrin Höflich, born 1984 in Fulda, studied at the University of Frankfurt am Main. Following an internship in a law firm in Hamburg, she received a Ph.D. under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Dieter Rössner at the University of Marburg. While studying for her Ph.D. she worked in a major German law firm. Thereafter, from 2009 until 2011, she accomplished her legal clerkship at the district court in Frankfurt am Main. During this time she was also working for Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and Gleiss Lutz. She was admitted to the Frankfurt bar in June 2011 and since that has been working for CMS Hasche Sigle.
