Focus

Dr Werner Walk advises national and international clients on all questions of individual employment and collective employment law. The main focus of his activities is providing advice on restructuring and outsourcing measures, on personnel reductions as well as in-house collective bargaining agreements and corporate rescue agreements. He advises his clients in negotiations with (trade) unions and works councils. Another (main) focus of his work is corporate co-determination and company pension schemes

Legal education at the University of Tübingen and Munich. 1993 - 1994 Research assistant at the chair of civil law and employment law under Prof. Dr Eduard Picker, Tübingen. Doctorate in employment law. Lawyer with CMS Hasche Sigle, Stuttgart, (formerly Sigle Loose Schmidt-Diemitz) since 1995. Partner since 2000. Member of the European Employment Lawyers Association (EELA), the International Bar Association (IBA) and the employment law committee of the German Bar Association. He teaches employment and labour law at the University of Tübingen.
