Born in Stuttgart in 1969. After studies and traineeship in Munich followed by dissertation, joined the legal department of Allianz Lebensversicherungs-AG as in-house lawyer in 1998. Lawyer with CMS Hasche Sigle since 1999. Partner since 2005 in the real estate, construction and environment practice group. He advises national and international companies on real estate transactions and all issues of commercial real estate law. Volker Zerr is lecturer at the IRE/BS real estate academy and the ADI academy for real estate, chairman of the examination committee "Specialist lawyer for construction and architecture law" of the Stuttgart law society and member of the American Bar Association. Legal 500 2009 describes Volker Zerr as "strongly recommended by clients".
