Vera Schauhoff is a lawyer and member of the Practice Group Real Estate & Construction at CMS Hasche Sigle as well as the German-Spanish Group within the CMS Alliance.
She advises German and foreign companies on all aspects of commercial real estate law. Her focuses are on the provision of advice and support on all issues of commercial lease law (in particular hotels and retail) and in connection with real estate transactions for both buyers and sellers. A further focus of her practice is the full legal service for Spanish real estate owners, investors and project developers, especially Spain-based companies operating in Germany, on real estate transactions and all questions.
Besides, she also advises on private construction law and law of engineering and architecture.
Vera Schauhoff isa member of the German-Spanish Lawyers Association (DSJV) and the incorporated association "Frauen in der Immobilienwirtschaft e.V." (Women in Real Estate Industry).

Born in 1978 in Wesel. 1998 until 2004 Law Studies at Heinrich-Heine University of Düsseldorf and First Legal State Examination in 2004. 2000/2001 Studies at Universidad de Jaén (Spain). 2001/2002 Studies at Université de Perpignan as scholarship holder of DAAD (German Academic Exchange Service) and French law degree Maîtrise en droit. 1999 until 2004 academic assistant at the University of Duesseldorf (Department for Civil Law, International Private Law and Comparative Law). 2005 Master of Laws (LL.M.) at the University of Wellington (New Zealand). 2006 until 2008 trainee lawyer at the Regional Court of Mönchengladbach with
training stations inter alia at the German Embassy in San José (Costa Rica), a leading German law firm specialized on real estate law and a Spanish law firm in Madrid. Second Legal State Examination in 2008. Lawyer at CMS Hasche Sigle since 2009.
