Born 1981 in Bremerhaven. Studied Business Law at the University of Applied Sciences in Mainz following a former apprenticeship as industrial manager and an engagement at HypoVereinsbank in Munich. During studies six-month internship in New York at HypoVereinsbank in 2005. Subsequent to graduation as Business Lawyer in 2007, work engagement for a capital market consultancy. From November 2009 until September 2010, advisory on corporate and capital markets law for a German medium-sized company. At the same time, attending the Business Law program of the University of Applied Science in Mainz, graduated as Master of Laws (LL.M.). Since October 2010 Associate with CMS Hasche Sigle in Frankfurt.
