Born in Mannheim in 1963. Abitur (A Levels) in Schwalbach a. Ts. in 1982. One year in USA. 1983 commenced law studies in Heidelberg. Legal traineeship at Heidelberg Regional Court. Course of study at Verwaltungshochschule in Speyer. Employment with law firm Boden Oppenhoff in New York. After second state law examination doctorate under Prof. Dr Götz Hueck in Munich and part-time employment as lawyer (admission in 1992). 1994 - 1996 in the employment law section of law firm Droste. 1996 admission as specialist employment lawyer. 1997 - 2000 in-house lawyer and head of personnel at Clarins GmbH in Starnberg with main focus on employment, competition and civil law. Since 01.04.2001 employment lawyer with CMS Hasche Sigle.
