Ulrike Glück is stationed in China since 1998, after working for several years for a leading German law firm in Germany.

She has advised a large number of companies in various industry sectors in projects relating to M&A, foreign direct investment and restructuring in China and is the client relationship partner for a large number of the firm’s key clients, in particular in the Automotive, Machinery, Engineering and Private Equity sectors and in cross-boarder transactions.

Ulrike is a frequent speaker on Chinese law related topics. She has been nominated several times as leading lawyer in M&A by Asia Law.

Ulrike graduated in law from the University of Passau and also studied at East China University of Politics and Law in Shanghai

Ulrike is fluent in German, English and Chinese (Mandarin).
