Dr Susanne Mujan, LL.M., is a specialist lawyer in employment and labor law and member of the department for employment law at CMS Hasche Sigle. She advises German and foreign companies on all aspects of individual and collective employment law, not only on day to day issues but as well on works council questions, business transfers and restructurings. She also has particular expertise in employee data protection law. Dr Susanne Mujan regularly publishes and holds seminars on employment law topics.
