Sabine Mussotter (formerly Korthaus) born in Krefeld in 1976. Studied law in Potsdam and Berlin. Licence en droit at the Université de Paris X in 1998/1999. First state exam (Erstes Juristisches Staatsexamen) in 2002 followed by an LL.M. International Studies in Intellectual Property Law at the University of Exeter, England, and the TU Dresden. From 2003 to 2005 legal traineeship at the Superior Court of Justice of Berlin, among others with the Federal Foreign Office and a law firm in Barcelona. Admission to the bar and entry into the law firm CMS Hasche Sigle in 2006. Designated as lawyer specialising inIntellectual Propertyin 2010.
