Richard Mitterhuber is a member of the Corporate and M&A practice group of CMS Hasche Sigle. Richard is experienced in M&A transactions, restructuring, cross border mergers, Joint Ventures, GmbHG, capital protection and cash pooling, litigation and representation of parties in international arbitration proceedings in corporate law, contract law/contractual arrangements. He is in particular advising international companies of the technology and service industry.
Richard advises on all aspects of corporate matters and M&A transactions. He is in particular experienced in advising midsized and large international corporations in M&A transactions, restructuring and cross border mergers, joint ventures, capital protection and cash pooling.
Richard regularly holds lectures and workshops on capital protection and cash pooling, restructuring and cross border mergers and other aspects of M&A and corporate law.
