Lawyer in Stuttgart (Gleiss & Partner) in 1987. With Schäfer Wipprecht Schickert in Duesseldorf since 1987; partner since 1991. Merger with CMS Hasche Sigle Eschenlohr Peltzer, 2000. Specialises in employment law since 1993. Judge at the Lawyers' Court of Appeals of the Federal State of North Rhine-Westphalia. Member of the Employment and Labour Law Working Group of the German Bar Association and of the ffa, Specialist lawyers forum labour law. Lecturer in the Faculty of Law of Heinrich Heine University, Duesseldorf.
