Dr Peter Wende advises companies and private equity investors on all aspects of corporate law. His field of activities includes in particular national and international M&A transactions as well as the general advice to companies in corporate law issues.
|
|
|
Dr Peter Wende, born in 1979, studied law at the universities of Tuebingen, Lausanne (Switzerland), Muenster and Cologne and did internships with a law firm in Tokyo (Japan), the French Embassy in Dublin (Ireland), an international tax consultancy and the European Court of Justice in Luxembourg. He was a fellow of Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung e.V. and passed his legal traineeship in the district of the higher regional court in Oldenburg as well as with law firms in Duesseldorf, Berlin and Stuttgart.
Dr Peter Wende then obtained his doctoral degree on a comparative corporate law topic at the University of Cologne under Professor Dr Martin Henssler and completed an LL. M. course of study at the College of Europe with a grant from the Federal Ministry for Education and Research.
He was admitted to the bar in 2008 and joined the Stuttgart office of CMS Hasche Sigle in 2010.
Dr Peter Wende is involved in several organisations, such as president of the Youth Organisation of the Economic Council of the CDU in Baden-Württemberg and as member of the executive board of the Youth Organisation of the Economic Council of the CDU in Germany. He is member of the executive board of the Economic Council of the CDU in Baden-Württemberg and guest of the executive board on the Economic Council of the CDU in Germany.
Dr Peter Wende is also member of German-French Lawyers Association and of the Club D'Affaires Franco-Allemand du Bade-Wurtemberg.
