As a member of our M&A Team in Duesseldorf, Paul Rode advises strategic and financial investors in international and domestic M&A transactions.
His principal areas of practice include joint ventures and group restructuring. He also has significant experience with privatisation and PPP projects.
Paul has special knowledge in the energy and environmental services sectors as well as the hotel and travel industry and the e-commerce.

Since his admission to the German bar in 2007, Paul Rode worked for White & Case in Hamburg before joining CMS Hasche Sigle in June 2010. During his legal traineeship he worked for, among others, the German Trade Office in Taipei.
Paul Rode studied law at the University of Hamburg where he graduated in 2004. At that time, he had already gathered several years of professional experience as a start-up entrepreneur in the "new economy".
