From 2005 to 2007 legal traineeship in Hesse, including stations at two international corporate law firms in Frankfurt from September 2006 to August 2007. Second State Examination in September 2007 (Judicial Examination Office Wiesbaden). Admitted as German lawyer in January 2008. Since February 2008 with CMS Hasche Sigle in Frankfurt, specialised in capital market law (IPOs), corporate law and M&A.
