Dr. Nina Hartmann is member of the Employment Law Group and advises national and international companies in all aspects of individual and collective employment law. Her field of activities comprises (permanent) advice, particularly preparation of contracts, as well as the representation of clients at civil, employment and social court and administration offices.
As representative of companies Dr. Nina Hartmann advises also in matters of the management, e.g. preparation of managing director service agreements or separation from managing directors.
Dr. Nina Hartmann further deals with company transactions and restructurings with regard to employment law, also during insolvency proceedings.

Dr. Nina Hartmann studied law at the Universities of Erlangen, Würzburg and Lausanne (Switzerland). She completed her first state law exam in 2003 and passed her legal traineeship until 2005 in the district of Higher Regional Court in Stuttgart as well as in New York (USA) with an international law firm.
In 2005/2006 Dr. Nina Hartmann was stipendiary of the Working Team Economy and Law, Association for the Promotion of Science in Germany and obtained her doctoral degree at the University of Cologne with Professor Dr. Martin Henssler and Professor Dr. Ulrich Preis on the topic "Arbeitsrechtliche Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten bei Privatisierungen unter Berücksichtigung des TVöD" in the year 2007.
Dr. Nina Hartmann was certified specialist for employment law in 2009.
Since 2009 Dr. Nina Hartmann is lecturer at the Munich Business School and since 2010 at the University of Rosenheim.
Dr. Nina Hartmann is a member of the specialists for employment law in the German Lawyers' Association and a member of the Association for Young Entrepreneurs (BJU).
