Legal traineeship at the Landgericht Tübingen (Tübingen Regional Court) and second state exam in Stuttgart in 2000. Doctorate at the Humboldt-University of Berlin under Prof. Dr Benöhr in 2004. Legal assistant with Clifford Chance Pünder in Berlin parallel to work on thesis. Lawyer since 2003, first with law firm "Putzier – Rechtsanwälte und Notar" in Berlin. Lawyer with CMS Hasche Sigle since 2007.
