Advising German and foreign multinational companies on all areas of individual and collective employment law, in particular on questions of restructuring, outsourcing and personnel adjustment measures, form of contracts and adjustment of working conditions and managing director contracts. She advises on and conducts collective bargaining negotiations, agreements on reconciliation of interests and social compensation plans as well as transfer measures and deals with issues under collective law (negotiation with works councils on codetermination, works agreements, reconciliation boards, consultation, proceedings to provide the approval withheld by works councils) also under individual employment law (contractual structure, wage models, transfers, notices of dismissal with the option of altered terms of employment, dismissals). She represents employers not only before employment courts, but also in necessary administrative procedures, such as at the Integration Office and at the Employment Agency.

Works as an employment and labor law lawyer at the Cologne office of CMS Hasche Sigle since 2009 . Studied law at the University of Cologne. Previously worked in the employment section of Clifford Chance and for a German law firm in Singapore.
