Nadja Fleischmann focuses on commercial real property law with a strong industry focus on hotel properties and operations. Apart from advising hotel clients she isconcentrating on real estate transactions, general real estate advice and litigation.
She is a member of the CMS Sector Group Hotel & Leisure and teaches law classes at the University of Applied Science for Economics and Law (Hochschule für Wirtschaft und Recht), Berlin.

Dr Nadja Fleischmann (formerly Hoffmann) born in Berlin in 1975. 1994-1999 studied law at Humboldt University in Berlin, followed by doctorate as part of Ph.D programme of Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft e. V. on "European and Private Commercial Law", study trips lasting several month to Lyons and Nijmegen, both as part of the TMR network "Common principles of European Private Law", 2001/2002 masters degree at University of Chicago; End 2002 until beginning 2005 traineeship at Berlin Court of Appeal, thereafter joined CMS Hasche Sigle; doctoral thesis on "Die Koordination des Vertrags- und Deliktsrechts in Europa" published in 2006.
