Research and teaching assistant at the University of Munich, Institute for International Law, European and International Business Law from 1999 to 2003. Doctorate on claims by competitors in EC state aid law before European and German courts 2002. Scholarship from the Konrad-Adenauer-Foundation. Traineeship in Munich and Brussels (with Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton). Second state law exam in Munich in 2003. From 2003 bis 2005 lawyer with Haarmann Hemmelrath in Brussels. Lawyer with CMS Hasche Sigle in the EU Law Office in Brussels since 2005. Member of the Studienvereinigung Kartellrecht e.V. and the Competition Commission of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC). Publications on European, competition, state aid and unfair trading law.
