Dr Kuss practises in particular in the fields of public commercial, real estate law and public procurement. He also advises on public private partnerships. Dr Kuß is a member of the forum vergabe e.V., the Federal Association for Public Law, the Working Party for Administrative Law in Berlin – Brandenburg – Mecklenburg-Vorpommern and the Berlin and German Bar Association. He is also a permanent contributor to the procurement journal "Vergaberecht".

Born in Berlin in 1970, law studies and legal trainieeship in Berlin und Potsdam. Research assistant at the Free University of Berlin from 1995 to 1996. Subsequently doctorate on administrative law. Began legal practice in 1998 with Hasche Eschenlohr Peltzer Riesenkampff Fischötter, now CMS Hasche Sigle, 1998. Specialist lawyer for administrative law since 2002.
