Focus

Corporate advise to companies, in particular advise to listed and unlisted stock corporations, advise to management and supervisory board members, shareholders'/annual meetings, restructuring measures, advise in corporate and commercial disputes, counselling in national and international litigation and arbitration proceedings, especially in compensation settlement proceedings, actions for avoidance, disputes between corporate bodies, corporate disputes and post M&A disputes.

Born in Tübingen in 1977. Studied law at the University of Tübingen, 2001 First State Examination, Tübingen. 2000 to 2003 Research Assistant, Chair for civil law, civil procedural law, private international law, University of Tübingen. 2003 Research Assistant, Institute for International Law, University of Munich. 2003 to 2005 practice in international law firms in Munich and Frankfurt (Main). 2005 Second State Examination, Higher Regional Court of Munich. 2005 Doctoral Degree (Dr. iur.), University of Heidelberg. Joined CMS Hasche Sigle in 2005. Fellow of the Academy of American and International Law, Plano/Texas, 2009. In 2011 foreign secondment with CMS Cameron McKenna, London.
