Johanna Hofmann specialises in commercial real estate. She is focused on real estate transactions (commercial and residential properties), asset management, project developments as well as private equity transactions. She advices also in matters of public and private building law.

Born in 1980 in Gießen, Johanna Hofmann studied law at University of Hamburg and at German University of Administrative Sciences Speyer (first state examination in 2006). She served her legal traineeship (Rechtsreferendariat) at the Zweibruecken Superior District Court (Rhineland-Palatinate) in the course of which she worked – among others – for the international law firms Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and CMS Hasche Sigle. After her second state examination in 2009 Johanna Hofmann was scientific assistant in the public commercial and real estate law group at an international law firm in Berlin. She was admitted to the German bar in January 2010. Since then Johanna Hofmann is working in the Frankfurt office of CMS Hasche Sigle.
