Jan Peter Weiland trained at an international law firm in London, Tokyo and China. He was admitted as Solicitor in England and Wales in 2001. From 2001 until 2010 hepractised in the City of London, where he worked at leading international law firms completing several client secondments at international banks in Germany and England. Most recently, he was legal counsel at a London based asset manager specialising in credit portfolio management.
He has experience advising on banking and finance law with a particular focus on international financing transactions, particularly structurated finance andsecuritisation.
Jan Peter Weiland joined the banking & finance practice in Hamburg in 2010.
