Dr Jan Lostermann is a member of the Employment Law Group and advises national and international companies in all aspects of individual and collective employment law. His field of activities comprises legal consultation, particularly preparation of contracts, as well as the representation of clients at courts and administration offices.

Dr Jan Lostermann was born in Gelsenkirchen in 1978. He studied law in Bielefeld and Berlin. He completed his first state law exam in 2004. From 2004 to 2009 he was a research associate at the Freie Universität Berlin where he also wrote his doctoral thesis. In 2010 he completed his second state law exam in Berlin and joined CMS Hasche Sigle.
