Born in Rendsburg on 21.05.1971. Studied law in Heidelberg from 1991 - 1993. 1993 - 1994 Studied abroad at Carleton University / Ottawa, Canada. Follwed by further study in Heidelberg, research assistant in the Institute for financial sciences (Prof. Manfred Rose). Doctorate under Prof. Dr Peter Hommelhoff (1997/1998) with a Ph.D. scholarchip of Arbeitskreises Wirtschaft und Recht im Stifterverband für die Deutsche Wissenschaft. From 1999 to 2001 legal traineeship in Berlin, incl. CMS Hasche Sigle and the Berlin Court of Appeal. Lawyer with CMS Hasche Sigle since August 2001. Hendrik is advising with a focus on M&A, private equity and corporate reorganizations.
