Heino Büsching is a tax partner based at our Hamburg office. Before joining CMS he started his career at Societät Treuhand Gruppe, which belongs to PWC. He is Certified Tax Attorney (1996), Tax Adviser (1998) and a member of the Tax practice group and the Corporate practice group of CMS. Heino Büsching advises on all aspects of tax structuring, national and international, as well as on tax defence during audits and tax proceedings before courts. His experience also includes advising on restructurings at the intersection between corporate and tax law.

Studied law in Göttingen 1985-1989. Academic assistant at the University of Göttingen 1987-1993. Started practising as a lawyer with Societäts Treuhand Gruppe 1993 (today PwC Group). With CMS Hasche Siglesince August 1990.
