Resume

Born in Karlsruhe in 1962. Studied in Freiburg, Geneva and Salamanca. Lawyer since 1990. Lecturer at Freie Universität Berlin and Chemnitz University of Technology on drafting contracts, dispute resolution and international law. Work with universities in Africa since 2007 in cooperation with the Rule of Law Program for Sub-Saharan Africa of the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung. Member of German-French working group of law firms CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre and CMS Hasche Sigle, of the German Institution of Arbitration (DIS), the African Law Association (Gesellschaft für afrikanisches Recht e.V.) and the Swiss Arbitration Association (ASA).



Né en 1962 à Karlsruhe. Études à Fribourg, Genève et Salamanque. Avocat depuis 1990. Chargé de cours à la Freie Universität de Berlin et à la Technische Universität de Chemnitz portant sur la rédaction des contrats, la résolution de conflits ainsi que le droit international. Depuis 2007, collaboration avec des universités africaines en coopération avec le "Rule of Law Program for Sub-Saharan Africa" de la Fondation Konrad-Adenauer. Membre du Groupe franco-allemand de CMS Hasche Sigle et de CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre. Membre de la Société pour le droit africain, de la "DIS – Deutsche Institution für Schiedsgerichtsbarkeit" et de l'ASA, "Association Suisse de l'Arbitrage".
