Dr. Köhne has extensive experience in advising and representing businesses in litigation in cases concerning unfair competition and intellectual property, as well as media law; the focus of his work is also on distribution law, including the structuring of distribution systems, franchise law, laws governing commercial agents and contractors and the field of product safety, including recall actions; all of these fields also with reference to the laws of the Czech Republic.

Since then lawyer practising in the Cologne office of CMS Hasche Sigle (until 2001 Gaedertz, 2001 to 2004 Norton Rose Vieregge). Doctorate in 2001. Member of the working groups for distribution law, IP and litigation.
