The main areas of work are presently all employment law issues relating to individuals, including advice to companies and management executives on the conclusion and termination of service agreements, as well as collective bargaining employment law with particular specialization in the area of reconciliation of interests and social plan negotiations and employment law issues in connection with restructurings.

Born in Landau/Pfalz in 1950. Studied law and economics at Johannes-Gutenberg-University Mainz and Ludwig-Maximilian University Munich. Completed doctorate on employment and comparative law, "Gründe für die Beendigung von Arbeitsverhältnissen nach sowjetischem und deutschem Recht" ("Grounds for terminating employment relationships under German and Soviet Law"). 1977 admitted as a lawyer in Germany. Since 1977 practising as lawyer with Ott Weiss Eschenlohr, Munich, now CMS Hasche Sigle. Partner in the firm since 1984. Specialist in employment law since 1987. Member of the working group of employment law specialists in the German Lawyers' Association and the European Employment Lawyers' Association (EELA).Member of the Employment Law Committee of the German Federal Bar Chamber.

Since September 2006 frequent internal and external seminars on the Anti-Discrimination Act (AGG) and current employment law issues.
