Daniel advices national and international clients on all aspects of Corporate Law. He is specialized on the guidance of M&A transactions and corporate restructurings. Furthermore, he acts as counsel in court proceedings related to Corporate Law.

Daniel studied law and economics at the University of Bayreuth, the University of Wuerzburg (First State Exam 2005) and Boston University School of Law (LL.M. in American Law 2006). From 2006 to 2008, he clerked at the County Court of Krefeld, Germany, and worked for several international law firms during his “Referendariat”. In 2010, he received his Ph.D. from the University of Bonn with a dissertation on German stock corporation law. After working for the Federal Government Daniel joined CMS Hasche Sigle in 2010. He is admitted to the German and the New York State bar.
