Born in Heidelberg in 1978. Grew up in Geislingen an der Steige. Started studies at University of Public Administration in Kehl in 1998. Several periods of practical training at different local authorities. State exam of higher non-technical administrative service, degree in public administration in 2002, Dipl.-Verwaltungswirt (FH). Subsequently studied law at Eberhard Karls University in Tübingen. In parallel worked for the legal department of an international company. First state law examination in 2008. Legal traineeship at Ulm Regional Court. Second state law examination in 2010. Started practicing as a lawyer with CMS Hasche Sigle in Stuttgart in 2010
