Catherine Soulas is a certified Employment and Labor Lawyer ("Fachanwältin für Arbeitsrecht"). She advises German and foreign companies and management personnel in all areas of individual and collective employment law, especially when establishing and ending employment and service contract relationships and in the preparation and implementation of restructurings, outsourcing and personnel adjustment measures. Due to her special knowledge of the French legal system and the French language and culture, her particular focus is on advising French companies acting on the German market.

Studied law from 1994 until 2001 in Cologne and Paris. Graduate of German/French MA degree course in law from the universities of Cologne and Paris I (Panthéon-Sorbonne). Internships in London and Sydney. Worked in an international commercial law firm in Cologne from 2001 until 2003. Lawyer in the Employment law team of CMS Hasche Sigle in Cologne since 2004. Active participation in the German/French desk of CMS Hasche Sigle and CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre. Member of the German/French Lawyers' Association.
