Carsten Domke advises German and foreign multinational companies on all areas of individual and collective employment law, in particular on questions of restructuring, outsourcing, and collective bargaining issues. Carsten Domke advises on and negotiates collective bargaining agreements, reconciliations of interest and social plans. He has particular experience in issues related to the protection of personal data in corporations and their needs on an international level (specifically, transfer of data to India or the United States), compliance issues, the international implementation of whistleblowing systems, production systems and the international assignment of employees.

Studied law at the University of Cologne, at the Université de Paris I, Panthéon-Sorbonne, and at Humboldt Universität zu Berlin. Maîtrise en droit degree from the Université de Paris I and Magister Legum Cologne-Paris. Worked for a French law firm in Paris (1999-2000), and for the German Federal Bar as well as the Permanent Representation of the Federal Republic of Germany to the European Union, both based in Brussels. In 2003, joined the employment law team of an international corporate law firm. Works with CMS Hasche Sigle since 2005. Member of the association of German and French law experts of the AIJA, the International Bar Association (IBA)and of the American Bar Association (ABA). Certified Labor and Employment Lawyer.
