Caroline Wirtz advises national and international clients in all areas of individual and collective employment law, including associated social security law issues. In addition to her daily advice on current employment law issues, one of her focuses is on the preparation and employment law support of reorganisation and corporate restructuring, outsourcing projects and staffing adjustment measures, contract drafting and adjustment of working conditions. She advises during negotiations on (house) collective bargaining agreements, reconciliations of interests and social compensation plans as well as on transfer measures. Collective rights issues (negotiations with works councils concerning codetermination, works agreements, conciliation boards, hearings, proceedings to replace consent by the works council) as well as the implementation of individual rights (contract drafting, salary models, transfer, dismissal with the option of altered conditions of employment, notice of termination) belong to her activities just as much as employment law analysis (Due Diligence) in terms of national and also international transactions. She has been a lawyer admitted to practise in Germany (Rechtsanwältin) with CMS Hasche Sigle since 2010 and priorly worked with a different major international law firm.
