Bjoern Herbers studied law at the University of Cologne (Higher Regional Court of Cologne: First State Exam in Law, 2004). In his postgraduate studies he specialized in Competition Law (University of Cologne: M.B.L., 2005; Dr. jur. 2008). Before qualifying in 2008 (Duesseldorf), Bjoern Herbers gained experience at the German Federal Network Agency, at the Competition Law practice of a leading international law firm and at the Directorate General Competition of the European Commission. Bjoern Herbers joined the firm in 2009.
