Focus

Advising German and foreign multinational companies on all areas of individual and collective employment law, especially on issues relating to restructuring, outsourcing and personnel adjustment measures with cross-border aspects, issues relating to the implementation of codes of conduct, and the transfer of employee data abroad. Negotiation of agreements on the reconciliation of interests and social plans.

Prior thereto, worked in employment law department of an international law firm. Member of the American Bar Association (Section International Labor & Employment Law) and the International Bar Association. Member of Cologne and German Law Society.
