Andreas Josupeit is a member of the Employment Law Group. He advises German and foreign companies on all areas of individual and collective employment law, e.g. on the preparation and implementation of restructuring and reorganization, transfer of businesses, issues of compliance, confidentiality, competition and employee data, drafting of contracts and works agreements as well as in the day-to-day business. In addition, he advises on questions related to managing director's service agreements. He represents companies in court and during mediation proceedings.

Legal traineeship in the district of the Dusseldorf Higher Regional Court (2000 – 2002). Second state law exam in 2002. Since 2003 lawyer with CMS Hasche Sigle. Member of the Employment and Labour Law Working Group of the German Bar Association.
