Alexandra advises national and international clients on all aspects of both individual and collective employment law. Apart from giving advice on day-to-day labour law issues a main focus of Alexandra´s practice is on outsourcing and restructuring including negotiations with unions and other employee representatives on collective bargaining agreements, social plans and reconciliations of interests. Alexandra has particular expertisewith regard to corporate co-determination.
