Focus
In addition to the classic areas such as Press and Publishing Law, a focus of our practice is on the area of new media. Topics such as the "unbundling of rights" with regard to the utilization of contents in the new media (IPTV, video on demand, etc.), legal assistance in setting up innovative business models in the area of new media, providing advice on new forms of advertising such as branded entertainment, combating Internet pirating and legal assistance with digitalization projects are our daily bread.
Our litigation competence is outstanding: we conduct lawsuits of fundamental importance for our clients.
Another focus is on the online area, for example, with regard to topics such as affiliate marketing, search engine marketing (SEM), white label solutions or content aggregation (e.g., for providers of online price comparisons or online classified ads).
The European Commission, in particular, has expressed its respect for our know-how in connection with our overall advice and support with regard to the study "Interactive Content and Convergence".
