CMS Hasche Sigle advises Strategic European Technologies N.V. on exit from Native Instruments

Hamburg – Strategic European Technologies N.V. (SET), a fund managed by Netherlands-based Duke Forest B.V., today sold its shares in Native Instruments GmbH, Berlin, as part of a management buy-out.

A team led by lead partner Dr Henrik Drinkuth advised SET on all aspects of the sale.
Native Instruments is a manufacturer of hardware and software for computer-based music production. The company has been producing innovative tools for musicians, producers, sound designers and DJs since 1996, combining outstanding sound quality with far-reaching sonic possibilities. The Native Instruments product range covers the whole field of modern music production, including synthesizers, DJ platforms and studio technology.
