Stuttgart – International property fund manager Cordea Savills has acquired all the shares in International Property Asset Management GmbH (IPAM), a real estate asset management company headquartered in Stuttgart, thereby further expanding its business in Germany. As a result of the deal, Cordea Savills has real estate assets worth almost EUR 1 billion under management in Germany.
A cross-border team from CMS Hasche Sigle and CMS Cameron McKenna advised Cordea Savills on all aspects of the transaction, with CMS Hasche Sigle partner Dr Claus-Peter Fabian in the lead role.
