Frau Dr. Gerlind Wisskirchen ist Partnerin und Fachanwältin für Arbeitsrecht. Ihre Stärke in der Beratung resultiert aus einem profunden Verständnis für das wirtschaftliche Umfeld der Mandanten und in ihrer präzisen und klaren Beratung. Sie und ihr Team streben zusammen mit den Mandanten praktikable und strategisch sinnvolle Lösungen an, damit Unternehmen ihre wirtschaftlichen Ziele erreichen können. Dr. Gerlind Wisskirchen berät multinationale Konzerne insbesondere zu Fragen der Umstrukturierung, des nationalen und internationalen Arbeitsrechts sowie Compliance Fragen. Sie berät häufig Unternehmen bei der Entwicklung von Businessplänen und Strategien aus HR und arbeitsrechtlicher Sicht.
In einer globalisierten Welt, in der nationale Grenzen immer mehr zurücktreten, hat sie besondere Erfahrungen in grenzüberschreitenden Aspekten und leitet entsprechende europäische Projekte, wie z.B. europaweite Umstrukturierungen, Betriebsübergänge und Betriebsverlagerungen (Outsourcing, Off-Shoring), Fragen der Compliance, grenzüberschreitende Compliance- und unternehmensinternen Untersuchungen, unternehmerische Mitbestimmung, Matrixstrukturen von multinationalen Konzernen, Europäischer Betriebsrat, Implementierung von Codes of Conduct und Whistleblowing-Systemen, Arbeitnehmerentsendung, Datenschutzfragen und Ganzheitliche Produktionssysteme (Toyota Business System). Sie hat den „EU Labor & Employment Law Navigator“, eine vergleichende Analyse der Arbeitsrechtssysteme in Europa, entwickelt.
Dr. Gerlind Wisskirchen hält regelmäßig Vorträge bei nationalen und internationalen Konferenzen zu Rechtsfragen des internationalen HR-Managements und zu Fragen des grenzüberschreitenden Arbeitsrechts, wie z.B. für die International Bar Association, die American Bar Association und American Employment Law Council. Sie ist Dozentin im MBA Programm „International Human Resources Management“ an der Cranfield University, UK, einer der führenden europäischen Business Schools. Sie hat zahlreiche Publikationen und Aufsätze in deutsch und englisch veröffentlicht.

- Vice-Chair von Cross-Border HR (XBHR), ein globales Forum für internationale HR und Arbeitsrechts-Experten mit Schwerpunkt bei Fragen des internationalen HR-Managements.
